Seminars

In addition to the above consultancy programmes we also conduct a series of seminars that have been widely acclaimed in the United States and UK.

These Seminars, that can be held in St Kitts or European locations of the client's choice. They consist of stimulating presentations, subsequent plenary and syndicate discussions and consequent action plans. These presentations may be appropriate as a Keynote address at Management conferences, or as the themes for one or two day programmes for in-house training. The Subjects covered are taylor made but encompass the following themes:

The Effective Executive: Suitable for senior executives of Board level status involved in the development of corporate strategy. (This is frequently used as part of New Team training.)

The Effective Manager: Has some commonality with the Executive programme but focuses on teamwork and specific functional management. For Middle and Senior Management.

Managing Change : Keeping up with the constant challenge of changing market conditions is something that no one can escape. The success of today often harbours the seeds of tomorrow's failiure. For Senior Managers facing the problems of planning for tomorrow.

Culture Shock : The need to adapt and change requires more than will, it requires a new mind set and behaviour pattern. Change or die, do we have the will to survive? For senior Managers and Directors facing the urgent need to change the rules.

Creativity and Innovation : Most companies have one good idea in their lives. Here are some ways to generate new ideas; to change the way we think, and regenerate the business. For senior Development Managers, Directors and Chief Executives who seek a new impetus to replace the ever present grind of defending old ideas and declining margins.
